Job Description

Job Summary:
R. Roese Contracting is looking to add an administrative member to our new office. This individual must be able to handle being the central point of contact for subcontractors, field employees, and company employees including supervisors and corporate staff. Flexibility regarding daily task completion is required, must be able to prioritize and multi-task. Strong organization skills are a must. Previous experience in the construction industry is advantageous. Pre-employment drug testing is required.
Responsibilities:
Organizing and maintaining project files Data entry into various software systems Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Prior relevant experience as an administrative assistant Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access is a plus) High level of accuracy and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Must be able to commute to Calhoun City daily as this is an in-the-office position
Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
