Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations, streamline administrative processes, and ensure a smooth workflow across departments. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for team members and executives Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Lindsey Software, and Google Workspace Handle filing, document proofreading, and record keeping maintaining organized office systems, assits with move-in and move-outs, annual recertification, and day to day operations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person with friendly and efficient support Support Executive Director tasks such as supply ordering, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a tidy workspace Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with clerical duties including filing, data entry, proofreading, and document management Knowledge of office management procedures and administrative best practices Exceptional phone etiquette skills for handling multi-line phone systems and customer interactions Join us to be part of a vibrant team that values energetic collaboration and dedicated support.
