Essential Qualifications:
This individual will lead interdisciplinary teams to meet quality benchmarks, resident, family and employee satisfaction benchmarks and financial goals. Will also work with various teams to address business objectives, marketing strategies and staff development. The role of Administrator is also responsible for driving positive customer satisfaction outcomes while creating a homelike environment which allows families to feel confident in the choice of their loved one's long-term care/skilled care services. We are willing to train the right individual to become an Administrator through our training program.
The Ideal Candidate:
College degree or nursing facility administrator license. 1 year of Long-Term Care experience in Skilled Nursing facility is preferred but not required. Excellent computer skills and have working knowledge of MS Office. Must have good problem-solving skills. Superior communication skills, orally and written. Must be able to plan, train, organize, and effectively present to group meetings. Must have ability to evaluate, analyze data, and processes to determine effectiveness and cost benefit of efforts.
Other Qualifications:
Basic understanding of medical terminology can be helpful. Has not been excluded from participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs. Maintains eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs throughout employment. Participate in pre-employment and annual Tuberculosis screening. What We Bring to the
