Full Job Description Customer Service/Membership Clerk Job Purpose:
Provide a pleasant and professional atmosphere upon entrants of members, parents, and community partners. Also, maintain accurate records for the members.
Job Duties:
To manage membership files, Vision (MTS) database, My ClubHub and management of payments To answer phones, clock members in and out Monitor membership files for upcoming audits Greet patrons Make sure all forms are available for members' parents and community patrons (ex. Flyers, employment, volunteer, membership applications, etc.) Other duties as assigned
Responsibilities:
Reminders/calendars are to be handed directly to parents/guardians Must track members who have paid monthly supply fees and report directly to program director/supervisor Make copy of all discipline forms before giving to parents/guardians Always copy program director/supervisor on all memos or notices that is emailed to parents Remind parents/guardians that cash or money orders are accepted as payment Program Director/supervisor must count and sign off on all monies received at the end of day
