Job Description

Summary:
Perform general clerical and office duties to support management and assist inbound and outbound drivers transporting building material loads.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and welcome incoming visitors and delivery drivers. Prepare shipping and receiving documents, communication, and coordination. Generate delivery tickets, invoices, UPS or FedEx shipping labels. Organize, file, or scan office records and company documents following the document storage process. Follow work instructions, office procedures, and company policies. Process customer invoices to ensure the daily invoice and unbilled list is complete. Assist with cycle counts and inventory-related office support functions. Scan, upload, and route accounts payable documents. Maintain or generate required reports daily, weekly, and monthly with accuracy and consistency. Ensure that all visitors possess the proper PPE. Distribute supplies and PPE to employees as needed. Support the office with maintaining supplies, filing, assembling materials, and any clerical needs. Cross train in various office functions to support where needed. Collaborate and communicate with team members and departments to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Maintain clean and professional office environment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of business office experience. Good verbal and written communication skills. Computer proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Docs and ability to navigate and acquire skills to use internal systems. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Work Environment:
