Develop and implement policies and procedures in compliance with regulations. Coordinate resident care plans and ensure quality services are provided. Maintain communication with residents, families, and healthcare providers. Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to ensure sustainability. Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they are qualified and motivated to deliver compassionate care and services to residents.
