Develop and implement policies and procedures in compliance with regulations. Coordinate resident care plans and ensure quality services are provided. Maintain communication with residents, families, and healthcare providers. Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to ensure sustainability. Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they are qualified and motivated to deliver compassionate care and services to residents. Coordinate with healthcare providers and external agencies to arrange medical, therapeutic, and wellness services for residents, ensuring their health and satisfaction. Facilitate communication between residents, family members, and staff to address concerns, improve services, and enhance the quality of life for residents Conduct regular facility inspections and maintenance to ensure the environment is safe, clean, and conducive to residents' comfort and needs.
