Overview We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team at Luna Properties, LLC. As the Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of our main office. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, owners, vendors, and prospects—both in person and by phone/email.
  • Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries about properties and services.
  • Greet office visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate team member.
  • Distribute move-in packets as necessary.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments for property tours and responding to guest cards and website chats.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area and conference room.
  • Support leasing and property management staff with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, bill scanning, and move-in packet prep.
  • Provide general administrative support, including mail distribution, cert mail and office supply tracking.
  • Manage office and operational supply ordering, including Amazon purchases and inventory replenishment for office, maintenance, and property management needs.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive resident or client information.

Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks daily Superior written and verbal communication skills and negotiation skills Extremely computer literate with a knack for technology Results-oriented with the ability to balance all business considerations Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
