As an Office Coordinator, you will be the backbone of daily operations, fostering a professional and welcoming atmosphere for staff, clients, and visitors alike. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management and multi-line phone systems to ensure seamless communication. Manage scheduling for executives and teams, ensuring calendars are up-to-date and conflicts are resolved efficiently. Manage scheduling for patient treatments. Organize filing systems, manage document retention policies, and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards. Support medical office management tasks if applicable, including appointment scheduling and patient record organization. Promote effective communication across departments through clear messaging, email correspondence, and team updates. Experience Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting. Experience working in medical office management or healthcare environments is a plus. Skilled in using multi-line phone systems, calendar management tools, and filing systems to maintain orderliness. Exceptional communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette to foster positive interactions internally and externally.
