We are looking for a part-time office assistant and social media extraordinaire! Benefits Flexible schedules and competitive pay Comprehensive paid training Rewards and recognition programs Fun, supportive and safe working environment Exceptional support team Responsibilities Assure that required office and administrative functions are met on an ongoing basis Plan, organize, and assist the office manager in day to day tasks. Assist and coordinate new hire orientations, obtaining current staff photos, and creating social media content Develop and maintain records and reporting systems which provide for proper service control and measurement of program outcomes Encourage and promote positive and professional communication between staff and agency administration Ensure the accuracy of public information materials and activities Assistant coordinate agency programs with other community agencies and strategic partnerships Ensure the client complaint process is followed and intervene/escalate where appropriate Assure the availability of Administrative staff at all hours of agency operations Qualifications 1 year social media experience 1 year of office administrative work 1 year experience working with adults and or seniors Deep understanding of financial management of a healthcare facility Effective leader with good employee relations and customer service skills Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance regulations with eagerness to improve Good interpersonal and analytical skills We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
