Givens Highland Farms is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Resident Services Team! The primary purpose of this role is to support the daily operations of Resident Services which is comprised of Life Enrichment, Spiritual Care, Social Services, Transportation, Wellness Center, and Nurse Navigator roles. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 5PM with the ability to flex this schedule if needed for events, programs, etc. What you'll do: Provide administrative support to the Director of Resident Services and Resident Services team (Life Enrichment, Spiritual Care, Social Services, Wellness Center, Transportation) Assist with scheduling, communication, and coordination of programs and events Assist with planning and execution of resident programs, outings, and campus events Support logistics for community meetings, trips, and special events Serve as a welcoming and visible presence for residents across campus Proficiently utilizes assigned technology, systems, and applications to maximize position and team effectiveness Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor What you'll need: Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft SharePoint Prior experience as an administrative assistant is preferred Strong organizational and administrative skills Minimum of a High School education or GED equivalent is preferred Compensation is $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, and includes our comprehensive benefits package Still curious about what Givens is all about?
