Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and warmth, ensuring excellent customer service Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, transfer calls, and take detailed messages Handle data entry tasks using computer skills, including updating records in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Maintain organized filing systems and manage document proofreading to ensure accuracy and clarity Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and preparing correspondence Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support financial recordkeeping Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment Excellent communication skills including phone etiquette. Experience with office management procedures such as filing systems, data entry, and proofing documents Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and customer support best practices Knowledge of clerical tasks like typing quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail Previous office experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided Join us as an Office Assistant where your enthusiasm meets your expertise!
