Treatment Coordinator | Cary Tryon At Lane & Associates Family Dentistry, we love to make our patients smile, and that starts with you! We're currently seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our warm, welcoming, and supportive dental team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you'll help patients feel confident and cared for from their very first call through every step of their treatment journey. You'll manage provider schedules, assist with insurance details, ensure financial arrangements are handled smoothly, and deliver that signature 5-star experience we're known for. What You'll Do Manage a multi-line phone system to schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments. Keep all provider schedules full and efficient Collect and update patient personal and insurance information in Denticon accurately. Check in and check out patients with professionalism and care. Present and review treatment plans to promote case acceptance. Help assist in verifying insurance coverage and eligibility, maintaining accurate records. Process payments and enforce financial policies accurately and courteously. Keep the lobby and waiting area tidy and inviting. Other duties as assigned What Makes You aGreat Fit:
A minimum of 1-2 years of dental office experience (required) Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills A professional and polished demeanor with strong attention to detail. A positive attitude and passion for providing exceptional patient experiences. Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
