Job Description

Description GTA is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator / Office Administrator to help keep our Charlotte office running smoothly. This role serves as a key resource for office operations, staff support, project coordination, and communication between our local office and corporate teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, improving processes and contributing to a collaborative and growing office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, supplies, vendors, and facilities needs Coordinate meetings, office events, and team activities Provide administrative support to office leadership and department managers Assist with new employee onboarding and office coordination Set up new projects and support billing and project administration activities Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, clients, vendors, and corporate departments Partner with HR, Accounting, Billing, and Marketing to support office needs Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and office processes
