7am-3pm $14 Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team! As a key member of our administrative team, you will facilitate smooth office operations, assist with clerical tasks, and serve as a vital communication link between clients, vendors, and internal staff. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Provide comprehensive administrative support such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Assist with bookkeeping tasks utilizing QuickBooks to ensure accurate financial records and transactions Coordinate office management activities including supply ordering, mail distribution, and maintaining organized filing systems Support customer service efforts by responding promptly to inquiries and providing excellent support via phone or email Perform clerical duties such as typing correspondence, managing appointments, and supporting personal assistant tasks as needed Ensure office procedures adhere to organizational standards while demonstrating strong phone etiquette and organizational skills Experience Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative support roles Bilingual proficiency in [specify languages], with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages Demonstrated familiarity with office management software including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar) Experience using multi-line phone systems and handling front desk operations efficiently Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Clerical experience involving data entry, filing, proofreading, and customer support is essential Personal assistant or calendar management experience is a plus Excellent computer literacy combined with time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly Join us in creating an engaging workplace where your skills make a real difference!
