Job Description

Champion Pest Services has an immediate opening for office staff. The job entails general office duties including, but not limited to:
  • Answering phone and making customer calls
  • Scheduling technicians
  • Database software and data entry (will train)
  • Process customer credit card and other payments
  • Efficient in MS Office and Excel forms
  • Customer billing and light bookkeeping
  • Use Google Maps/ Mapquest efficiently
  • Inventory reports
  • Collections
  • Filing, Ledger entries
  • Other duties as assigned .
Attention to detail - Self starter Office experience preferred but will train the right candidate. Must be energetic, motivated, positive and a quick learner. Will interview most qualified applicants.
