The role ensures the front desk runs smoothly while helping families, members, staff, and volunteers, and providing a positive experience. Responsibilities Greet and assist families, members, visitors, and community partners in a friendly, professional manner. Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries, directing communications appropriately. Maintain accurate records, including membership files, attendance logs, and program documentation. Collect payments and process transactions in Daxko. Process donations and ensure thank-you letters are sent promptly. Assist with registration, enrollment, and data entry. Prepare reports, forms, and correspondence as needed. Manage office supplies and maintain an organized workspace. Support check-in and check-out procedures. Provide administrative support to staff and assist with special projects. Maintain confidentiality of member and organizational information at all times. Perform other related secretarial and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum of an associate's degree. Previous administrative experience or office experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer literacy.
