No prior accounting experience? No problem. We provide the training you need to succeed. This is a perfect opportunity for someone coming from retail, hospitality, or administrative schooling who wants a stable, long-term career path. Key Responsibilities Perform account analysis and review outstanding balances to support collection efforts Update and maintain accurate customer account records and documentation of account activity Communicate professionally with customers regarding billing questions and past-due balances Collaborate with sales, finance, and other departments to resolve billing discrepancies Maintain organized digital and physical records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Provide excellent customer service while assisting with general office and administrative tasks What We're Looking For Previous experience in an office, accounting support, or collection's role is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and team members Comfortable working with computers and office software Strong math and problem-solving skills for account reconciliation and balance reviews Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced dealership environment Why Hunter Auto Group?
