Busy Pediatric Practice Seeking a Friendly, Dependable Front Desk Team Member Our growing pediatric office is looking for the right individual to join our team! We are seeking someone who is compassionate, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment while providing exceptional service to our patients and families.

Job Responsibilities:
Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information Greet and register patients in a timely, friendly, and professional manner Perform patient check-in and check-out duties, including verifying demographic and insurance information and updating Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Schedule, coordinate, and reschedule patient appointments Collect co-pays and outstanding balances Answer incoming phone calls professionally, screen calls, and take accurate messages Assist patients with enrollment and use of the patient portal Scan and index documents into the Electronic Medical Record system Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Full-time position with rotating weekend schedule High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree or Certified Medical Assistant preferred 2-4 years of front desk or receptionist experience in a medical office preferred Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy office setting Basic computer proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with Allscripts and Phreesia is a plus
