Job Description

Administrative Opportunities R&C Consulting Group, Inc. is continuously seeking qualified administrative professionals to support our growing behavioral health organization throughout North Carolina. This posting serves as a talent pool for current and future administrative opportunities. Qualified applicants may be considered for positions as they become available across multiple office locations.
Administrative positions may include:
Office Manager Office Assistant Intake Coordinator Referral Coordinator Applications will remain on file and may be reviewed as staffing needs arise. Opportunities may become available at various R&C Consulting Group, Inc. locations throughout North Carolina.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities may vary by position and may include: Greeting clients, visitors, and community partners in a professional manner Answering and directing incoming telephone calls and correspondence Scheduling appointments and managing calendars Processing client referrals and intake documentation Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits Maintaining accurate electronic and paper records Coordinating communication between clients, providers, referral sources, and community partners Assisting with office operations, administrative projects, and daily workflow management Supporting agency compliance, documentation, and recordkeeping requirements Maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and agency policies Performing other administrative duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED required Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred for some positions Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a healthcare environment Proficiency with computers, email, and standard office software applications Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preference may be given to candidates with experience in: Healthcare administration Behavioral health services Customer service and client relations Medical reception and scheduling Insurance verification and authorization processes Intake and referral coordination Office management and administrative support

Compensation is determined based on the specific position, relevant experience, education, credentials, and overall qualifications of the selected candidate. Compensation details will be discussed during the hiring process.
