Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and self-starting person for a part time Services Coordinator. In this vital role, you will coordinate and oversee a variety of service programs in our Property Management Department. Your proactive approach will ensure seamless delivery of services, forming positive relationships with guests and owners. Responsibilities Maintain detailed records of client interactions, service outcomes, and program compliance Answering calls emails and text messages and coordinating the proper response based on the criteria given Making sure the jobs get done quickly and efficiently Skills Strong problem solving skills with the ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively Effective in scheduling and coordination Strong People Skills Strong Computer Skills with ability to pick up new apps, programs and techniques quickly Solid understanding of money and related math Join us as a Services Coordinator and be part of a dedicated team committed to the highest customer satisfaction.
