Job Description

Job Summary We are an On Your Lot Builder seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Permitting/Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills and be proficient in managing various administrative tasks. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent service. Responsibilities Complete/ submit/ monitor/ acquire building permit applications Support multiple departments where needed Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Utilize computer software for document preparation, correspondence, and communication. Support team members with administrative tasks as needed to enhance productivity. Experience Previous experience as an admin assistant and in permitting preferred Proficiency in calendar management and organizational skills is essential. Strong computer literacy with experience in G-suite applications. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
