Job Description
Sanders Ford Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will manage the processing and administration of warranty claims to ensure accuracy and timely reimbursement. You will serve as a key liaison between customers, service departments, and manufacturers, helping to resolve warranty-related issues efficiently and professionally. Dealership experience required. Responsibilities Review and process warranty claims submitted by service technicians and customers Verify warranty coverage and approve claims within company and manufacturer guidelines Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers regarding warranty claim status and discrepancies Maintain accurate records of warranty transactions and submit reports as required Assist service and sales teams with warranty-related inquiries and issues Stay updated on warranty policies and procedures from manufacturers and industry standards Requirements Dealership experience required High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred Previous experience in warranty administration or automotive service environment is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication skills both written and verbal Proficient with MS Office Suite and ability to learn manufacturer warranty systems Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment Benefits Competitive compensation package Health, dental, and vision insurance options Retirement savings plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for training and career advancement Supportive and friendly work environment About the Company Sanders Ford Inc is a trusted automotive dealership, dedicated to providing excellent customer service and quality vehicles.
