CAMS is on the search for a full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm Closings Coordinator. TheClosingCoordinatorassistsin ensuring that ownership transfers are recorded and executed in properly anda timelymanner,ownership records are up to date and allresale disclosurerequests, information, and data are processedtimely. The ability to work with others (account managers, customer service, accountsreceivableand attorneys) is essential. Job Duties Enternew owner information & settle accounts for seller (in Vantaca) Link and Merge homeowner accountsin Vantaca. Respond tohomeowner inquiries related to closing questions. Import of newly annexed properties. Additionaltasks as assigned, including (not limited to): Process closing requests received by attorneys, homeowners, and real estate professionals,Process Real Estate questionnaires and realtorformstimely(in Community Archives). Codechecks related to closings. Maintainaccuratehomeowner, builder, & boat sliprecords, and ensure accounts have theappropriate billingand applicable information. Uploading Transfers to Vantaca & ensuring proper documents have been returned byclosingattorney. Requirements Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal Ability to meet deadlinesand production quotas High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to multi-task under pressure Basic accounting knowledgerequiredfor entering transactions on owner ledger Skilled computer-user and ability to learn new software Software used by
CAMS:
Vantaca, Community Archives, Microsoft Office, Zoom Benefits and Pay Rate The pay rate for this position is $18/hourly and based on experience and qualifications.
