Our mission is to provide innovative solutions that enhance the performance and durability of magnesium alloys, ensuring superior quality verified by major aerospace and defense companies. Position Summary Technology Applications Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. This role is essential in supporting employee onboarding, managing administrative functions, coordinating facilities and vendor services, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient workplace environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including workspace setup and orientation support Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation Manage inventory and order critical office supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations Prepare for and support visits from customers, vendors, and guests Assist with travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation Act as a liaison with IT to resolve computer, equipment, and system-related issues Coordinate with external contractors for services such as lawn care and snow removal Plan and organize office events, meetings, and team activities Oversee general office operations and proactively address issues to maintain an efficient and professional environment Provide administrative support to staff and leadership as needed Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and take initiative Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) 3 or more years of prior administrative or office coordination experience Preferred (Not Required) Experience with bookkeeping functions Familiarity with account reconciliation and expense tracking Comfort working with accounting software or collaborating with finance teams Experience with ERP systems Work Environment This position operates in a professional office setting and involves regular interaction with employees, visitors, and external service providers.
