Job Description

What You'll Be Doing Serve as the first point of contact—greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries Keep things organized behind the scenes with filing, recordkeeping, and document management Track and maintain key operational data (flight activity, reports, parking, etc.) Support lease and contract administration, including renewals and documentation Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with meetings and events Manage office and facility supply inventory Provide general administrative support across the team Step in as a backup for board-related coordination and security badging processes
What You Bring Must-Haves:
2+ years of administrative or office support experience Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Nice to
Have:
Associate's degree or related education Experience with document management, leases, or reporting Familiarity with Adobe or WordPress tools
