Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Clerk and Receptionist to join our team! This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with essential clerical duties, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also supporting administrative functions that keep our office running seamlessly. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills in a vibrant environment. Duties Greet visitors warmly and professionally, providing excellent customer support and assistance Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with attention to detail Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and other office software with high accuracy Support office management activities such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, company newsletter and meeting coordination Accounts Payable bookkeeping management using QuickBooks/Premier accounting software Conduct proofreading of documents for clarity and correctness before distribution Support administrative projects including proofreading, document formatting, and record keeping Provide general clerical support such as photocopying, faxing, and inventory management Qualifications Proven office experience with strong clerical skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience managing multi-line phone systems and demonstrating professional phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Familiarity with bookkeeping experience is desirable but not mandatory Attention to detail for data entry accuracy is required Join us in creating a welcoming environment where organization meets exceptional service! Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
