This role supports attorneys and paralegals in all aspects of personal injury case management from intake through settlement or litigation. The ideal candidate is proactive, client-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Duties Assist attorneys with day-to-day case management in personal injury matters (auto accidents, slip and fall, premises liability, etc.) Open, organize, and maintain case files (physical and electronic) Communicate with clients to gather information, provide status updates, and request documentation Obtain and organize medical records, bills, insurance information, and accident reports Draft and prepare routine legal documents, correspondence, and intake forms Coordinate with insurance companies, medical providers, and opposing counsel as directed Manage deadlines, follow-ups, and calendar entries for filings, appointments, and case milestones Support discovery preparation, including document review and compilation Maintain confidentiality and compliance with firm procedures and legal standards Qualifications Previous experience in a law firm preferred (personal injury experience strongly preferred but not required) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and legal case management systems Professional demeanor and strong client service mindset High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
