Job Description

Job Summary Pelvic floor physical therapy clinic seeking a caring and highly organized Front Desk/Administrative Assistant to join a growing practice! This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to handle daily operations, support clinical staff, and interact with patients in a space that supports women. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As an integral part of our team, you will manage administrative tasks with energy and precision, contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere and supporting the overall success of the practice. Responsibilities Greet patients promptly and warmly as they enter the clinic Respond to website leads and schedule patients over the phone Handle daily scheduling, filling cancellations, and managing a wait list Represent the clinic with patients and providers, via phone or in person Handle and organize patient file information Keep inventory of office & clinic supplies, order product, stock treatment rooms Manage Microsoft Office & Google Workspace files Any other duties which may be requested Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service role (not exclusive to an office or healthcare setting) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), and basic computer literacy skills Proficiency with data entry, filing systems, and proofreading is essential Ability to interact in a professional and courteous manner with patients and co-workers Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Ability to take patient payment, use internet fax, handle email, and manage a multi-line phone system Ability to learn and communicate about pelvic floor physical therapy and the various diagnoses that are seen in the clinic Communicate clearly and compassionately in person and on the phone To apply, please email a resume and cover letter that demonstrates that you have visited the Integrated Physical Therapy & Wellness website to brie@integratedptandwellness.com.
