Job Description

Mountainvale Village , a division of Zeman Homes, is looking for a part-time Office Assistant. This position handles routine office work and administrative responsibilities of the community. In addition to the compensation package, we offer the following benefits: Participation in the 401 (k) savings plan Company paid holidays Paid time off Essential Job Duties Creates a positive resident experience by establishing rapport with residents and prospective residents, fielding community comments and concerns, and addressing all customer service issues. Prepares and distributes resident and community communications. Collects and posts resident security deposits, processing fees, and rents. Prepares bills and statements for approval. Makes collection calls for rental payments. Processes move-ins and move-outs or residents. Assists with the preparation of marketing materials and implementation of resident relation activities. Assists prospective residents by reviewing new and used home listings, showing homes, and assisting with applications. Requirements Minimum 1 year administrative experience preferred Strong customer service and telephone skills Good problem solving skills Professional appearance (Business Casual) Computer proficiency, including the internet and Google suite; experience using Rent Manager and Back Office preferred Zeman Homes is a drug-free, equal opportunity employer.
