Job Description

Interim Administrative Assistant Our client needs an Interim Administrative Assistant to support their team! This role will work 20 hours per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays for approximately 12 weeks. Responsibilities of the Interim Administrative Assistant Greet visitors Answer phones and emails Manage calendar Maintain files Prepare and distribute correspondence Send out mailings Help organize events Perform additional tasks and special projects as required Qualifications of the Interim Administrative Assistant High school diploma or equivalent Detail-oriented, hardworking, and self-motivated Positive demeanor and good communication skills Please share your resume in confidence for this Interim Administrative Assistant opportunity offering some schedule flexibility and $20/hour.
