Administrative Assistant (14 hours per week) New Hampshire Catholic Charities Inc - 3.6 Manchester, NH Job Details Part-time 9 hours ago Qualifications Administrative experience High school diploma or GED Financial record maintenance Bookkeeping Full Job Description Catholic Charities New Hampshire is looking for a part-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals in our Manchester Service Location. This position will work a set schedule 14 hours/week. Our office provides services to individuals, couples and families, as well as community outreach services. Our clients come from all faiths and every walk of life and we are committed to serving every client with compassion and respect. Our organization strives to provide person-centered services to strengthen New Hampshire families and build independence. We respond to those in need by offering programs that heal, comfort and empower. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is often the first contact for callers and visitors. The first impression, and all interactions after that, should be professional and demonstrate understanding and empathy to those seeking services.
