Position Overview:
As a Dental Front Office Assistant, you will be the face of our practice, welcoming patients with a warm smile and ensuring their visit runs smoothly from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy. Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar. Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries. Verifying insurance coverage and processing payments. Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: Highly motivated and energetic with a positive attitude. Responsible and reliable, with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a dental or medical office is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate!
