Immediately Job Description Rivendell Academy is seeking a part-time (.67 FTE) Student Support Secretary to greet, serve, and provide direct service to callers, visitors, and guests of the Rivendell Academy office by performing primary reception functions. The Student Support Secretary works closely with educators, students and parents and must have the ability to remain on task, complete daily workload and prioritize additional projects. A high level of confidentiality is necessary. Responsibilities include: Daily student attendance, including contacting parents and working with the school nurse to track dismissals Report cards and statistical reports Answering phones and monitoring main door access. Student Support Secretary Job Description This is a 194 day contract (school year plus additional days).
