POSITION SUMMARY
Performs administrative duties providing primary support to the CFO/Business Administrator. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, board committee preparation, answering phone calls, managing calendar, mailings, meeting arrangements, preparing reports, minutes, meeting agendas, and financial data; working collaboratively and providing coverage for other administrative staff.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support:
Responsible for providing a range of administrative support services to the CFO, Assistant Business Administrator, and the Business Department Responsible for scheduling and managing the CFO's calendar, including prioritizing, and resolving related conflicts and competing demands, proactively scheduling important meetings with internal and external individuals, and maintaining an organized office. Provide a variety of accurate and timely administrative support in running reports, mail mergers, faxing, scanning, filing (electronic/paper), data entry, correspondence, and record management. Contributes to the preparation of spreadsheets, memos, policies and procedures, and presentations. Proofreads, answers, and composes routine correspondence, both handwritten and electronic, including internal communications and School Board related materials; prepares selective summaries and any follow-up actions for the CFO. Collects and opens mail addressed to the Business Department, forwards correspondence to appropriate staff for action. Researches, gathers, and/or compiles information as required by the CFO.
