Job Description

Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Hours:
8:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 4:00
PM Pay Rate:
$19.00 per hour We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our property management office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Process housing applications and maintain applicant waiting lists. Assist with maintaining resident files and filing documentation. Greet and assist walk-in visitors in a professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Maintain and update tenant maintenance request logs. Assist with collecting rent payments and other resident monies. Prepare bank deposits as needed. Draft notices, letters, and other resident communications. Hand-deliver notices and correspondence when necessary. Provide general administrative support and complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Customer service experience preferred. Property management, affordable housing, or leasing office experience is a plus.
