Job Description

Koleda Capital LLC is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative / Client Communication Assistant to join our growing accounting and tax firm. This position will start at approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as the role develops and training is successful.
Choose your work days:
Monday through Friday 10am-4pm. Combination of days and number of hours is flexible based on your needs. Pay starts at $18 per hour, based on experience. We are looking for someone who is professional, friendly, tech-comfortable, and able to follow processes carefully. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients, keeping things organized, and supporting a busy office environment.
Responsibilities may include:
Answering phone calls and assisting clients with basic questions Responding to client emails and text messages Scheduling appointments and managing calendar requests Helping clients access and use our client portal Sending reminders to clients for missing documents, signatures, payments, and appointments Updating client information in our systems Monitoring client communication and routing questions to the correct team member Assisting with scanning, uploading, and organizing client documents Preparing and sending basic client status updates Following up with clients regarding tax return information, payroll items, bookkeeping documents, and other outstanding requests Helping maintain accurate notes in client files Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed The ideal candidate should have: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Good attention to detail Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software The ability to follow instructions and written procedures A friendly and professional attitude with clients Strong organization and time-management skills The ability to handle confidential information responsibly Prior office, administrative, customer service, or accounting firm experience is a plus This position may be a good fit for someone who: Enjoys helping people Can stay calm and organized during busy seasons Is comfortable asking questions when needed Can work independently once trained Understands the importance of accuracy and confidentiality Wants to grow into a larger role over time
Schedule:
Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week to start. Schedule can be discussed during the interview process.

Starting at $18 per hour, based on experience.
