LFG AUTO
is a rapidly growing auto brokerage looking for a motivated, organized, and energetic Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are NOT your typical dealership. We help clients lease, finance, and purchase new vehicles without the dealership hassle. Our team is fast-paced, customer-focused, and growing quickly — and we are looking for someone who can help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. If you are organized, detail-oriented, good with people, and thrive in a high-energy environment, this could be a great fit. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist customers Manage schedules, appointments, and follow-ups Assist brokers with paperwork and deal processing Organize customer files and documents Communicate with dealerships, lenders, and clients Help manage CRM systems and lead flow Assist with social media posts and basic office tasks Maintain organization in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented Positive attitude and team-player mentality Comfortable with computers, email, and CRM systems Customer service experience preferred Automotive industry experience is a plus — but not required Must be reliable and motivated What We Offer Competitive salary Commission potential Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding company Fun, high-energy work environment No dealership showroom environment Work with a young, motivated, winning team How to Apply Please send your resume and a short introduction explaining why you would be a great fit for the team. —
