This role will primarily provide day-to-day support to four executives while also assisting the broader team with calendar management, scheduling, and coordinating across approximately 30 stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing complex Outlook calendars and resolving scheduling conflicts, coordinating team meetings and cross-functional sessions, and organizing logistics for internal and external events such as team lunches, executive meetings, and visits from global partners. The individual will also support vendor coordination, travel arrangements, onsite meeting setup, and hospitality (including greeting visitors and ensuring smooth event execution). Additionally, this role will handle administrative financial tasks such as invoice processing, expense coding, and data entry within internal systems, as well as managing DocuSign workflows and digital documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring a seamless experience for executives and the broader team.
