We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic and proactive people to join our team! Some of the duties you can expect to perform are: Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and direct visitors to appropriate personnel. Enter work orders into the computer. Inspect vacant apartments and tour prospective residents as required. Monitor visitor access. Updates appointment calendars. Maintain key and incident logs. Receives, sorts, and routes mail. Signing for deliveries, log information and have residents sign for receipt of packages, etc. Takes payments for services and product (rent, security deposits, key deposits, etc). Attend and participate in team meetings as scheduled. Assist in the day to day administrative task allocated by Manager.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior administrative or customer service experience in a related field. Well groomed, pleasant and courteous. Ability to work with persons of all backgrounds and understand problems of the residents. Valid Driver's License. Ability to pass background check, drug test and pre-employment physical. Competitive Pay EOE
