Director of Project Administration Summary:

As a Director of Project Administration, you will be responsible for providing leadership, direction and structure to the Overhead Distribution business unit working capital management program, with the goal of achieving world class working capital metrics. This working capital program includes customer billing, customer account collections, customer billing rate administration and related customer information. The salary range is $135,000.00 - $180,000.00.Benefits:

Ensure timely and accurate customer billing for all customer contract types (lump sum, time & material, unit price) in accordance with customer billing cycles and/or contract terms and schedule of values; constant review and focus on all project underbillings (CIE) and overbillings (BIE) Ensure all customer billing rate schedules are maintained in an organized and accurate manner Develop and ensure a focused customer account collections program designed to maximize RDC cash flow, and achieve a world class A/R aging profile Develop a reporting program (weekly, monthly) designed around working capital management metrics to keep management and business unit project managers well informed about all project A/R, CIE and BIE Assess business unit working capital management processes, policies and procedures, and make all necessary changes to achieve a world class working capital management program. Report all assessment findings and recommendations to the VP of OHD Assess all employee talents and performance relative to working capital management. Report all assessment findings and recommendations to the VP of OHD Explore and consider any technology solutions that could improve and facilitate working capital management processes. In conjunction with RDC IT, report all assessment findings and recommendations to the VP of OHD As the Project Administration department grows, provide leadership, supervision and training to all department employees Understand and learn all customer systems and portals relative to invoice submissions and approvals so as to achieve the highest efficiency in customer billing Maintain emphasis and Sox compliance in the A/R area, and offer improvements as needed or warranted All other duties as assigned by theVP of OHD Education, Skills, Experience Needed:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience required 10+ years of progressive experience in customer billing and collections in the union construction industry Proficient experience in ERP systems, Excel, Word High passion and drive for world class business results, a supportive and caring leadership style, and a clear communicator Results oriented leader, excellent collaborative skills This job description is subject to change at any time.
