We are a busy, high-energy boutique firm looking for an Administrative Assistant who is as organized as they are personable. If you enjoy a "small team" feel where your work is visible and truly valued, we want to meet you. This role requires a blend of digital savvy and a hands-on approach to organization.
Compensation:
$39,000
Responsibilities:
The Paperwork Pro:
While the world is going digital, we still value the reliability of physical records. You will assist in keeping our files organized, ensuring every document is exactly where it needs to be.
The Client Connection:
Serve as the welcoming "first face" of our firm, expertly managing the front desk to ensure every client's experience begins with a professional and friendly connection.
The Digital Dealer:
Take ownership of our digital filing system by ensuring all electronic records are organized, updated, and easily accessible. You will be the go-to person for maintaining our digital workspace, ensuring that our paperless environment remains efficient and streamlined.
The Attorney Ally:
You'll keep our calendars tight, assist with Workers' Comp filings, and ensure our Personal Injury attorneys have everything they need for court or depositions. Other related tasks as needed.
