JOB DESCRIPTION
Kiddie Academy has an exciting opportunity for a person to join the administrative team. The ideal candidate will bring a caring attitude, and excellent communication and collaboration skills to our passionate team of child care professionals. This position requires to assist and support the Franchisee, Director and the Curriculum Coordinator in all aspects of the Academy to include office management, staff and customer relations, quality control, record keeping and physical facility .
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Develops and maintains positive, professional, working relationship with staff. Plans and participates in academy activities. Accepts all work assignments in the event regularly scheduled personnel are not available. Assists in daily supervision of staff, keeps Franchisee and Director apprised with staff concerns and situations needing attention. Complete and submit required paperwork and record-keeping on a timely basis, and maintaining an organized, up-to-date manner. Ordering office and classroom supplies. Monitoring all permission slips to ensure they meet State and company's requirements. Reviewing all children's daily reports for accuracy, including dietart restrictions and daily pictures. Assisting in enrollment follow-ups, tours and paperwork.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must have childcare credentials' and 2 years experience working in childcare center. Must be able to work an average of 40 hours per week Must meet all requirements stipulated by the state for this position Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality Highly professional and dependable Must be able to interact appropriately with students of all ages and skill levels as well as with parents, coworkers, and management Must be able to lift no less than 40 pounds.
