Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Resident Services Coordinator to support Building Managers in the day-to-day operations of our residential properties. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication between residents and management, maintaining operational coverage, and supporting administrative and maintenance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Building Managers in addressing and resolving resident concerns in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate staffing coverage for all positions and shifts, including scheduling fill-ins as needed. Receive maintenance requests, create work tickets, and schedule service appointments. Conduct follow-up inspections when necessary to ensure work completion and quality. Prepare damage reports in the absence of Building Managers. Support payroll processing and timekeeping for building staff. Compile and submit Weekly Activity Reports, ensuring staff productivity and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management, facilities coordination, or administrative support preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Why Join Us?
