Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Sector (PubSec) Project Administrator Intern to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience supporting data-focused initiatives within the Contract Capture and Development team. The Project Administrator will contribute to research and data projects designed to enhance business insights and support organizational growth. Role Description Assist in the collection, mapping, cleaning, and analysis of business data to identify patterns, trends, and insights. Develop a hands-on understanding of internal business tools to effectively manage and interpret data. Support research initiatives that contribute to business growth and strategic decision-making. Attend project meetings and contribute to discussions regarding project objectives, strategies, and timelines. Support projects related to pricing efforts and business partner research. Maintain and update project documentation, records, and databases as required. Skill Level Requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously Other Requirements Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Strong academic performance, particularly in coursework related to business and data analysis The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
