Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. We preferred someone with experience but if you are good with people and willing to learn we will train you. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and staff alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while supporting various office functions. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, bilingual (if applicable), and possess strong computer literacy to handle diverse clerical and customer service responsibilities efficiently. Responsibilities Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously Manage calendar scheduling and coordinate appointments for staff and executives Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Support office management activities including supply inventory, mail distribution, and document proofreading Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with excellent phone etiquette Handle clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies Skills Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk management Bilingual (not required) Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in filing, data entry, and document proofreading Knowledge of office management practices, including calendar management and time management techniques Previous clerical or administrative experience in a professional setting is preferred Customer service expertise with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents will make a meaningful impact! $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
