Job Description
One of the fastest-growing Electronic Security providers continues to expand in the New Jersey market - and has a new opening for a Help Desk Administrator in their Hackensack Headquarters! This role will serve as a crucial operational, admin and coordination position to match the growing customer base and project execution! Customer liaison and POC for intake calls and service requests First touch-point for technical questions and inquries Projects involve Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Alarm, Security and Low Voltage systems Schedule service appointments, technician assignments and project documentation Maintain tickets, reporting and operational workflows Technical training and system knowledge to be provided Full-time, on-site position in Hackensack Permanent role with Medical, Dental, Vision benefits + 401k plan Reach out to learn more about this role, or others in the Low Voltage industry! dalton.britt@wilsonhr.com 919-535-4102
