Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team! As an Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, manage daily office operations, and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients with professionalism, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment Manage phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software Handle clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing office supplies Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff members or executives Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support financial recordkeeping Support office management activities including mail distribution, inventory control, and maintaining a tidy workspace Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating familiarity with administrative procedures Exceptional phone etiquette skills coupled with experience in phone systems and customer support roles Attention to detail for filing systems Personal assistant or receptionist experience is a plus for understanding specialized workflows Join us as an Office Assistant to be a key contributor in creating a seamless office environment!
