  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Coordinator to join our team!
In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions and fostering a productive work environment. Your energetic approach, exceptional communication skills, and keen eye for detail will help manage administrative tasks, oversee vendor relationships, and support team members across various divisions. This role involves a variety of administrative duties including Accounts Payable and Receivables, vendor and customer support, and maintaining efficient office procedures. Bookkeeping and Google Workspace experience is required. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role as the Business Manager's "right-hand" while contributing to a positive and efficient workplace culture. Responsibilities Process Accounts Payables and Receivables, maintain bookkeeping records, assist with payroll processing Assist Wholesale Division with administrative duties as needed Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding, employee records, and policy compliance Ensure proper digital and/or paper filing systems are maintained for easy document retrieval Uphold professional phone etiquette and excellent communication standards across all interactions Support office projects by organizing files, preparing reports, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Proven experience in administrative roles with bookkeeping, clerical or office experience Team-player with a willingness to assist with a variety of tasks as needed Ability to work on your own or as part of a team Excellent communication skills combined with organizational talent to prioritize tasks efficiently Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software for bookkeeping and payroll tasks Google Workspace, Excel, and a comfort level with multiple software platforms required Knowledge of human resources processes including payroll administration and employee onboarding Strong people skills; retail or other customer-focused experience a plus Office management, budgeting, bookkeeping, and "best business practices" Experience working in farm office environment is a plus but not required
