$17-$20 per hour Join Our Team as a Unit Clerk! Alliance Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Unit Clerk to support our nursing team and help ensure smooth daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys administrative work, organization, and teamwork. As a Unit Clerk, you will play an important role in supporting residents, nurses, physicians, families, and staff while helping maintain an efficient and organized nursing station. Responsibilities Prepare admission charts and initiate documentation for new residents Fax and distribute physician orders from previous shifts Update resident charts with daily vitals and weights Answer and direct incoming calls and relay messages promptly Schedule resident appointments and communicate details to staff Coordinate communication with physicians, families, and team members Maintain organized nursing stations and restock supplies Assist with agency staff scheduling as directed Notify Dietary of changes in residents' needs Maintain bathing schedules for nurse aides Provide support to visitors, residents, and staff Assist with supply ordering and inventory requests as needed Requirements Strong computer and office skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a willingness to learn Previous healthcare or clerical experience preferred Why Join Us?
