Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to executives and project managers
  • Procure materials and compare quotes to obtain best price available.
  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed
  • Assist with expense tracking
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Coordinate and assist with event planning and execution
  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, mailing, and filing
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced work environment.
Social Media experience is a plus, but not required. Spanish speaking a plus, but not required.
